Honey cake



Whip the cream with the honey to get smooth and light whipped honey cream.


  • Mix all the ingredients together at medium speed for 4 minutes, spread a thin layer of the batter on a seal-pat and bake at 200 c for 10-12 minute.After removing from the oven cut it using a stainless steel round mould to obtain circle layers.
  • Prepare 8 different layers of the baked cake, and fill between the layers with the whipped honey cream.


Cover the cake with crushed biscuits and add some berries on top of the cake.
